Coloring Contest Guidelines 3J Motorsports Coloring Contest Guidelines
Goal: The lone goal of this contest is for young race fans to have some fun. We aim to keep young fans interested in dirt track racing so that we have generations of new fans in the years ahead. 3 Age Groups: (Entrants age as of 8-27-09, contest start date) Group A will consist of ages 6 and under. Group B will consist of 7,8, & 9 year olds. Group C will consist of 10, 11 & 12 year olds. Only one (1) submission per entrant. Contest Dates: Opens 8-27-09. Entries will be accepted until Sept. 19th. The 3J team will accept entries at the race trailer up until the team leaves the pit area after the Sept 19th race. To ensure your entry is included in the judging, please get your entry turned in sooner than the 19th deadline if possible. We are not responsible for rainouts you know. Judging will be held on Sunday Sept. 20th with winners being notified via the contact information that they provide on the entry form. Prize winners will also be posted on the 3J Motorsports website that same Sunday evening 9-20-09.
Criteria: Select one of the four coloring pages. Color it to resemble this years 3J car, last years 3J car, what you think the 3J car should look like next year, or even another car/driver you like. Have fun and color away. Contest Materials: Choose one (1) of the four (4) coloring templates that are available at www.3jmotorsports.com or at the 3J trailer in the pits on race night. One (1) completed entry form per submission. Contents to be submitted: Completed entry form and artwork in a sealed envelope. The entrants Name & Age must be written on the BACK of the actual coloring page. Only one (1) submission per entrant. Submitting Entries: No matter which method is used to submit your entry, please place the artwork and completed entry form in a sealed envelope. Option 1: (Preferred method) Send artwork and completed entry form to: 3J Coloring Contest c/o Kurt Humbert 5989 N. twp. Rd. 175 Republic, OH 44867 Option 2: Drop off entry at JD Automotive, 417 S. Kansas Street Green Springs, OH between the hours of 8AM and 5PM Mon. thru Fri. thru Sept 18th. Option 3: Drop off at the 3J trailer in the pit area at any race the 3J attends up until the end of the 9-19-09 race at Fremont Speedway. Prizes: -First place winners of each group will receive a prize package that consists of a pair of seats in the JD Automotive box at Fremont Speedway for the final race of the season on Sept. 26th, 2009, along with a photo album containing a few Kevin Lee photos inside to get them started on their race photo collection, a NOS sports bottle & lanyard, a 3J Motorsports/Kevin Lee can coozie, a 3J/Kevin Lee window decal, & a free Frosty from Wendy’s Restaurant. -Second place prize packages will consist of a photo album containing a few Kevin Lee photos inside to get them started on their race photo collection, a NOS sports bottle & lanyard, a 3J Motorsports/Kevin Lee can coozie, a 3J/Kevin Lee window decal, & a free Frosty from Wendy’s Restaurant. -Third place prize packages will contain a NOS sports bottle & lanyard, a 3J Motorsports/Kevin Lee can coozie, a 3J/Kevin Lee window decal, & a free Frosty from Wendy’s Restaurant. There may be other items added as well. All prizes subject to change. Privacy: Please advise if you do not want us to use your child’s last name or photo on the 3J website when we post the contest results. None of your information will be shared with anybody. The sole purpose for the information requested is to notify prize winners and arrange for prize distribution. All entrants’ personal information will be destroyed at the contests conclusion.
