FREMONT, Ohio - Findlay, Ohio's Chad Kemenah got the "brakes" he needed at
Fremont Speedway on Hillside Billiards Night. The cautions flew perfectly to
give him a clear track - and he needed it as he lost his 410 sprint car's
brakes on the first lap but hung on to score his 11th career victory at "The
Track That Action Built."

"Boy, if I would have gotten into traffic I would have struggled. We lost
the brakes on the first lap and it was a handful on a slick track," said
Kemenah beside his Golden Flavor Sesame Sticks, Hampshire Engines, Banshee
Graphics backed #63.

"I have to thank my wife, my father-in-law and my nephew who have worked
hard to keep me racing this year. It looks like we're going to put together
a team next year with the 35 car out of Pennsylvania and we got that
opportunity because we worked hard to stay out here racing," added Kemenah
in the Engine Pro Victory Lane. "It's always great to come home to Fremont
and win in front of our family and friends."

Fremont's Bobby Clark took the lead on lap 15 and utilized the track's
extreme high line to power to his second straight win in the Fremont Federal
Credit Union 305 Sprints. It was Clark's fourth victory of the season at
Fremont and the 24th in his career, moving him to a tie for 17th on the
track's all-time win list.

"My many, many laps around this place was the difference tonight. I wondered
if anyone would move off the bottom and try it up top. Some did, but they
just didn't go high enough," said Clark beside his Al Davis Carpeting,
Jenny's Copper Penny, Fremont Fence backed #40.

Castalia's Dan Hennig held off several charges by Art Ball and Bob Dible
over the last four laps to claim his third win of the season in the Fremont
Fence Dirt Trucks.

"I saw Art down there and I knew I had to protect the bottom...that was
exciting for the fans. I glad I was able to win for a lot of family and
friends who haven't been here this year, especially for my grandma," said
Hennig in the Engine Pro Victory Lane beside his Reidy's Auto World, York
Fabrication, TNT Fabrication, APD Carburetors backed #32h.

"Next year I'm working on consistency...may not win a bunch of races, but I
want to win the track championship," added Hennig about his victory on the
last night of racing for 2009.

In the 30-lap Fort Ball Pizza Palace 410 Sprint feature, Kemenah bolted into
the lead from his pole starting spot with Mark Keegan, Erin Crocker, Jody
Keegan and Mike Linder in tow. Linder would drive to the outside and take
the third position on lap two and grab second from Keegan on lap 4.

Crocker, who was accompanied in the pits by her husband, Ray Evernham,
former NASCAR Sprint Cup team owner, would spin in turn three on lap 7 with
the running order Kemenah, Linder, Mark Keegan, Craig Mintz, Byron Reed and
Phil Gressman. On the restart Mintz would drive around Keegan into third.
Linder began to close on Kemenah as the leader caught the tail of the field
on lap 14, but Lee Jacobs stopped in turn three to bring out the yellow and
give Kemenah a clear track.

Kemenah would pull away on the restart while Linder now had his hands full
with Mintz for second while 2009 track champion Brock Mayes would grave
fourth from Mark Keegan. Crocker's night would come to a halt on lap 16 as
she tipped over in turn two.

Again on the restart Kemenah was able to pull away with the battle between
Linder and Mintz resuming for second. The final caution would fly for Keith
Baxter on lap 20, again handing Kemenah a clear track. And, once again, on
the restart, Kemenah would pull away while Linder and Mintz ran side-by-side
for the runner-up spot with Mayes on their rear bumper.

Kemenah would finally hit lapped traffic on lap 27, and narrowly avoided
disaster when Brian Lay did a 360 spin right in front of him. Mintz would
finally dispose of Linder on lap 27, but it was too late to reel in Kemenah
who took the victory. Mintz, Mayes, Linder and Mark Keegan would round out
the top five.

After a red to start the 305 sprint feature with Brad Bowman tipping over
collecting Paul Weaver, Nate Reeser and Mike Dussel - Reeser was the only
one able to continue - Jimmy Colvin would drive around pole-sitter Josh
Muntz for the lead. Stuart Brubaker would move into second on lap three with
Muntz and 9th place starter John Ivy in tow.

Steve Rando would stop on the track on lap five to bring out the caution and
on the restart Brubaker began to apply the pressure to Colvin. The two would
battle side-by-side over the next seven laps. Meanwhile, Clark, who started
7th, was using that high line to grab third on lap 10 and he made it a
three-car battle - actually driving into the lead - before the red would fly
for a Matt Ferrell flip on lap 12 (he was uninjured).

Going back to the last fully completed lap, Colvin was put back in front
with Brubaker back into second and Clark third. On the ensuing restart,
Clark again went to the top shelf and drove into second on lap 14 and into
the lead a lap later. Brubaker would move into second on lap 19 with Colvin,
Ivy and 17th starter D.J. Foos rounding out the top five.

The final caution would fly on lap 21 when Josh Muntz struck the starter
cone in turn four, sending it onto the track, sending him to the back of the
line-up from his 6th running position. With a clear track ahead, Clark would
pull away the final our laps for the win while Brubaker, Ivy, Bill Kraylek
and Colvin rounding out the top five.

In the 20-lap dirt truck feature, Kent Brewer would grab the lead at the
drop of the green with Brian Sorg, Hennig, Jimmy McGrath Jr. in tow Hennig
would grab second a lap later bringing McGrath Jr. into third. McGrath would
take the second spot on lap four as the caution flew for debris.

On the restart, Brewer continued to lead, with Hennig driving under McGrath
Jr. into second. Hennig would pull the same low-line move on Brewer a lap
later to take the lead, as Art Ball moved into second on lap 7. Following a
lap 8 caution for Keith Sorg and Craig Holland, Hennig would retain the
lead, but Ball was on his rear bumper with McGrath Jr. grabbing third. Ball
continued to hound Hennig when the caution flew on lap 12 for Jim McGrath
Sr.

Hennig, Ball and McGrath Jr. waged a tremendous battle for the lead on the
restart, with Ball pulling under Hennig on lap 16 when the caution flew for
Holland. Once the green flew again, the battle between Hennig and Ball
resumed, but it was short-lived as McGrath Jr. brought out the caution a lap
later.

On the restart, it became a three truck battle for the lead between Hennig,
Ball and 9th place Bob Dible who was the only driver to find the high
groove. Dible's exciting run would come to an end on lap 19 as he spun in
turn two. In the one-lap shootout for the win, Hennig was able to hold off
Ball with Brewer coming back to grab third ad Brian Sorg and McGrath Jr.
rounding out the top five.

Fremont Speedway Promoters Rich Farmer and Andy James would like to thank
all the race teams, fans, sponsors and the Sandusky County Agricultural
Society for a great 2009 racing season. The top 10 in points in all three
racing divisions will be honored at the track's banquet at Ole Zim's
Wagonshed on Saturday, Nov. 21. Tickets are $25 each and include the
family-style dinner and can be purchased by calling 419-307-4241. More
